Jobnet — scrape engine
Collects fresh job leads every day. Each scraper runs on its own schedule and target.
Turn on to start collecting leads.
Outreach engine
Emails new, eligible leads every day.
Turn on to start sending outreach.
Engine stops firing past this time so emails never land at night.
Targets only new, eligible leads — has an email · not a confirmed agency · status “new” · never contacted. Every never-twice guard and your daily send cap still apply, so it can't double-send.
Follow-up engine
Fires sequence steps when their wait elapses. Bound to the sequence builder, not the outreach engine.
A step fires the moment its per-step wait has elapsed AND today's send time has been reached. Replies / "Mark as agency" / suppression all stop the chain.
Categorise existing leads
Leads scraped before categories existed have none yet. AI can label them — this spends Claude tokens, so it's on demand.
All leads are categorised.

Your outreach flow, top-down. Email 1 is the initial pitch; add follow-up steps below it with a wait between each. Each step fires the moment its wait elapses AND the send window allows — a lead stops the flow the moment it replies, and you can pull any lead out manually.
New assignment
Each team member is identified by the email Cloudflare Access verifies. Admins see every section and can manage other users. Non-admins see only the sections you check below. Adding someone here also requires adding them to your Cloudflare Access policy.

Staffing agencies (vikarbureauer) are competitors, not customers — leads from them are flagged is agency = yes and kept out of the Pipeline. A lead is flagged when its company name contains a recruitment term, when the company is on the list below, or when the AI judges the posting to be agency-placed. Add the agencies you know here — every current and future posting from them is flagged automatically.
Add an agency
Your denylist
Companies you've explicitly added. Every current and future posting from them is flagged automatically.
Auto-detected agencies
Companies flagged by the keyword scanner or AI judgement — not on your denylist yet. Click + Add to denylist to make a company match cheaper (substring) and self-documented going forward.
Re-check existing leads
Apply the keyword + denylist rules to every lead in the database — useful when you've just added an agency, or after the keyword list itself was expanded. Manual flags are never touched.
Partners are subcontractor companies you call when your own employees can't cover a deal. Different from Agencies (those are recruitment competitors — flagged out of your lead pipeline) and different from Leads (those are customers). Add a partner here, mark which roles they supply, and you can assign them to a deal slot on the Calendar.
New partner
+ Partner fill
Sub-contract part of this deal to a partner.
Send a templated email to leads that land in Lost, Nurture, or Not relevant. Nothing fires automatically — you review the queue, then send. Same legal guards as outreach (suppression list, unsubscribe footer, daily send cap). A lead receives one stage email per stage: if you toggle their status out and back in, it doesn't re-fire.

{greeting} {contact_first_name} {company_name} {job_title} {from_name} — signature + unsubscribe footer appended automatically.
Segment-based replies (12) — Lost & Nurture
Both Lost and Nurture stages use the same 12 segments. For Lost: the AI classifier picks a segment automatically based on the lead's reply. For Nurture: you pick the segment manually in the Review & send modal. Each segment can carry its own subject, body and file attachments — all shared between the two stages.
